Refund & Return Policy – Allen Module

At Allen Module, we take pride in providing high-quality notes and study materials from Kota’s top teachers, toppers, and popular institutes. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product (e.g., different subject or exam than ordered).

  • The product is physically damaged upon delivery.

  • The product has major printing or binding defects that make it unusable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (PDF notes, e-books, or any downloadable content) are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

  • Notes and materials that have been used, marked, or altered by the customer.

  • Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@allenmodule.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order ID, photos of the product, and the reason for return.

  • Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong or defective product, we can replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
